Program Overview

The evidence-based Mindfulness Ambassador Program (MAP) provides a forum for individuals to learn constructive ways to address personal, social, and community challenges. The program incorporates social and emotional learning practices and mindfulness practices, fostering wisdom and well-being. Participants engage in 12 universal principles that unlock human potential and strengthen overall well-being.
